6/28/2024 - Discharge of Stormwater From Municipsl Systemd Annual Report

2023 DRAFT GENERAL PERMIT FOR THE DISCHARGE OF STORMWATER FROM SMALL MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEMS


The City of Ansonia is registered under the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s (CTDEEP) General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. As part of its registration under the General Permit, the City is required to file an annual report of activities undertaken to meet the Minimum Control Measures specified in the Permit and in the City’s Stormwater Management Plan.

 

The General Permit requires a 30-day public comment period before the Annual Report is finalized and submitted to CTDEEP.
